25 square cross hatch test; no loss in intercoat adhesion
nor in overall adhesion to the rusty surface, after 300 hours
of salt spray ASTM B117, and 500 hours of accelerated weathering
ASTM E42 with top coats of solvent base epoxies, 2 component
polyurethanes exterior alkyd enamels. |

is a universal base primer, allowing to change paint systems. RUST DESTROYER® has superior
adhesion and hold out against heavy solvent type coatings, solvent
free epoxies, and elastomeric coatings. No sanding needed on the
highest gloss surfaces to improve adhesion.
