is the only product without restrictions, and is uniquely

- NO sandblasting, scraping to bare metal, or sanding glossy finishes
to improve adhesion.
- Simply remove loose scaling particles, grease, or dirt so the surface
is firm and paintable.
- Dries to touch in 1/2 hour. You can apply top coat in 4 hours.
- Metal primers require that you lightly sand glossy surfaces,
and you can't apply them over existing coatings, requiring removal
of all previous coatings by scraping and/or use of paint removers.
- Products like Duro extend require thorough sanding or brushing,
and need to dry overnight protected from moisture.
